Your sales keep moving, wherever you are
Where Valck is heading: a sales agent you can call or chat with, hands-free, so the work keeps going when you step away from your desk.
Most sales work doesn't happen at a desk. It happens in the car between two customer visits, in a hallway after a meeting, on a train, at the kitchen table at the end of a long day. And yet almost every sales tool still assumes you are sitting behind a laptop with a CRM open in one tab and your inbox in another.
At Nexfield we are building Valck, an AI account manager that works inside your company's CRM. This piece is about where Valck is heading. To be clear from the start: Valck's AI is not live yet, and the voice and hands-free experience described here is our vision, not something you can use today. We would rather tell you honestly what we are building than pretend it already exists.
One simple idea
Valck is being built around one simple idea: your sales shouldn't stop when you step away from your desk.
Picture driving to a customer. Normally that hour is lost. You can't type, you can't update a deal, you can't send the follow-up you promised yesterday. In the world we are building, you call your agent hands-free and tell it what needs to happen. While you are on the road, it gets to work in the background: updating your CRM, preparing follow-ups, lining up your next steps. By the time you park, the work is moving.
That's the point. Whatever you are doing, you can call or chat with your agent and it takes over. When you can't open your laptop, it works in your CRM for you. You don't need to carry your laptop everywhere anymore.
It doesn't stop when you do
People need sleep, weekends and holidays. Pipelines don't care. A lead that writes in on Friday evening shouldn't wait until Monday, and a deal shouldn't go cold because the account manager was on a beach for two weeks.
The agent we are building works around the clock, without sleep, so nothing waits until Monday. On holiday, it keeps your accounts running and sends you a short checklist at the end of each day, only if you want one. When you come back, everything is summarized and ready, so you pick up in minutes instead of days.
The same goes for an ordinary working day. Before you close up, you get a short end-of-day checklist: what moved, what is waiting on you, what is planned for tomorrow. No digging through notes, no "I'll update the CRM later" that never happens.
What the manager gains
If you run a sales company, this isn't about a gadget. It's about what happens to your business when sales keeps running without someone babysitting it.
- Time. Hours lost to admin, driving and context-switching turn back into selling time.
- Pipeline. Follow-ups go out, deals get touched, nothing slips because someone was busy.
- Control. Every step is visible in your CRM, and people approve what goes out. You see the work, not just the result.
- Calm. Holidays and busy weeks stop being a risk to your numbers.
Our goal is simple to say and hard to build: one account manager carries the work of two or three, without the extra effort.
Your CRM stays yours
An agent that works in your CRM has to be trustworthy with it. Valck only works through the CRM access your company gives it, and only on the records assigned to the employee it works for. Remove that access in your CRM and Valck stops. We never store your CRM password. Your company remains the controller of its CRM data; Nexfield processes it only on your behalf and on your instructions. And we never sell your data.
Personal, and always there
It's personal: you can even give your agent your own name. It's always there. And it takes a lot of work off your plate, so you can spend your energy on the part of sales that only a person can do: the conversation, the relationship, the trust.
We are building this in the open, step by step, and we will only call something available when it really is. If this is the kind of sales day you want for your company, follow along.
