How a French list is built

Choose your unit, describe what you sell and name the regions you want covered, or the whole country. Nexfield works through all 56 sub-sectors of your unit and returns only companies that are probable buyers, never your competitors. Each row comes with region, city, sub-sector, company size, a priority rating and one sentence explaining why the company belongs on your list.

French business customers in metropolitan France and Corsica: 0% Dutch VAT. The VAT is reverse-charged to you (btw verlegd / autoliquidation), so you account for French VAT in your own return; your VAT number is shown on the invoice. Guadeloupe, Martinique, La Réunion, French Guiana and Mayotte are outside the EU VAT area, so they are invoiced like non-EU customers: 0% Dutch VAT.

The Test is a sample of the real list: about 8 to 12 highly matched companies in France, in the same Excel format as a full order, for one fixed price of €99 with no subscription. If it fits, the Local package (€950) maps the rest of the country.

The list is about companies, not people: every entry is researched by our AI and confirmed in public sources, and it contains no personal contact details and no email addresses. You remain responsible for how you contact the companies, as set out in section 8 of our terms and conditions.

Businesses in France with a valid VAT number pay 0% Dutch VAT: the VAT is reverse-charged. Prices are always shown excluding VAT.

04  Who we are

An AI company with engineering roots.

Nexfield is an AI company. Our sector-specialist AI works through the 56 sub-sectors of your unit, finds the companies that should be buying what you sell, classifies and prioritises them, and reviews its own output against your description before anything is delivered.

Nexfield was founded by a chemical engineer with years in technical sales to the process industry. That is why the reasoning on every list follows how industrial buying actually works, rather than generic company data.

We work business-to-business only: one order, one fixed price, no retainer, no contract, no minimum. Every order is covered by our terms and conditions.
