02 Not sure yet?
See it on your market first.
The Test is a sample of the real list — about 8 to 12 highly matched companies, delivered in the same Excel format as a full order. If it fits, order Local for the rest of the country.

03 How it works
Three steps to your list.
No calls, no subscription. One form, secure payment, one Excel file in your inbox.
Step 1
Choose your unit and package
Pick the sector you sell into and a package: Test, Local, Regional or Regional Plus. Describe what you sell and the regions you want mapped.
Step 2
Billing & secure payment
Add your company details for the invoice, then pay securely. Nothing is processed until payment succeeds.
Step 3
Excel + invoice in your inbox
Verified companies, classified and prioritised, with a reason to call on every row. Usually within 5 minutes to 1 hour on working days.
04 The deliverable
Watch a list build itself.
This is what lands in your inbox — verified companies, classified and prioritised, with a reason to call on every row.

● Included with every list
Straight into your CRM.
Every company comes with its website as a clean domain, for example example.com, and every list comes with a CRM-ready import file next to the Excel. Upload it with the standard import of HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or most other CRMs and the companies arrive in bulk, each with its reason to call. The domain lets your CRM recognise companies you already have, so duplicates are caught. Prefer to add them by hand? That works too. No extra cost.
05 Why Nexfield
A database gives you names.
Nexfield gives you reasons.
Done-for-you, not do-it-yourself
No filters, no exports, no cleanup. You receive a finished, quality-checked deliverable — not a tool subscription.
Built on engineering knowledge
Founded by a chemical engineer with commercial experience in the process industry. The supply-chain logic in every list reflects how industrial buying actually works.
Buyers only — never competitors
Every company is assessed on one question: do they buy what you sell? Competitors and irrelevant lookalikes are filtered out by design.
A reason for every row
Each entry includes a specific, verifiable relevance note — so your team knows exactly why to call, before they dial.
06 The maths
Same work. Fraction of the time.
Three ways to find out who should be buying from you, compared on what they cost and how long they take.
Thirty to forty-five hours to map a single country properly. Two weeks your account manager spends researching instead of selling.
Monthly retainers typically start around €3,000 and run well beyond €10,000, usually on a three to six month minimum.
One order, one fixed price. No retainer, no contract, no minimum. Delivered as an Excel file you own.
Roughly 10× faster than your own team mapping the same market, with no monthly commitment at all.
The engine works through the 56 sub-sectors of your unit one by one, then reviews its own output against your description before anything is delivered. That review is what removes the companies that operate in your sector but never buy what you sell.
Agency figures are typical market rates for B2B lead generation retainers, not a quote. The time comparison is based on the hours needed to research and qualify one country by hand. What a list produces depends on your offering, your timing and how your team approaches the companies on it.
● Lists by industry and country
Looking for a list of companies in one sector?
Each industry page explains who the list is for, what is in it and what the market looks like country by country, with official figures: manufacturing and industrial companies, energy companies, pharmaceutical companies and food manufacturers. Two markets have a page of their own: food companies in the Netherlands and pharmaceutical companies in Switzerland.
In Dutch: leadlijst op maat, leadlijst maakindustrie and leadlijst voedingsindustrie. In German: Leadliste Industrie. Country pages are linked at the bottom of every page.

07 Questions
Before you order.
The things people ask before their first list.
Usually within 5 minutes to 1 hour after payment confirmation on working days (Monday to Friday), as a quality-checked Excel file together with your invoice. Weekend orders are delivered on Monday. In exceptional cases delivery can take up to 24 hours. This applies to every package.
A database gives you filters and names. Our engine works through the 56 sub-sectors of your unit one by one and returns companies with a specific reason why each is a probable buyer for what you sell — the process or installation that consumes your product, not just a company size and a sector code. See our comparison with Apollo, Cognism and Kompass.
Six sector units, 4 of them live today: Industrial & Manufacturing, Energy & Environmental Technology, Pharma & Life Sciences, and Food & Agriculture. Two more, Construction & Building Materials and Logistics & Transport, are launching soon and cannot be ordered yet. Each live unit covers 56 sub-sectors.
It depends on your market and how specific your offering is. A narrow niche in a small country returns fewer companies than a broad offering in a large one. We do not pad lists to reach a number — every entry has to earn its place, and a shorter list that fits exactly is worth more than a long one padded with companies that merely operate in your sector.
Any European country. Local covers one country, Regional two, and Regional Plus three. You choose which countries when you order.
Company name, website (as a clean domain, e.g. example.com), country, region, city, sector, sub-sector, company size, a priority rating, and one sentence explaining why they are a probable buyer. Delivered as an Excel file with filters on every column, plus a summary tab, together with a CRM-ready import file.
Yes. Every list comes with a CRM-ready import file next to the Excel. Upload it with the standard import tool of HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or most other CRMs and the companies are added in bulk, each with its reason to call as a note. Prefer to add them by hand? That works just as well. It is included at no extra cost.
Yes. Every company comes with its main website as a clean domain, for example example.com. CRMs use the domain to recognise a company, so duplicates are caught when you import. If a website cannot be confirmed, the field is left empty rather than guessed.
No. We identify which companies to approach, not which individual to call. Tools like Apollo or Lusha are a natural next step once you know which companies matter — and they work far better when you already know who to look for.
Yes. Paste the company names from your previous list into the exclusions field when you order. The engine treats them as already covered and searches specifically for companies it has not returned to you before.
Every company is verified before it is included, and anything that cannot be confirmed is left out rather than listed with a warning. Company names, locations and ownership structures do change, so a quick check before your first approach is always sensible.
Test €99, Local €950, Regional €1,500, Regional Plus €2,000 — prices exclude VAT: customers in the Netherlands pay 21% VAT at checkout; customers outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT number pay no Dutch VAT (reverse charge).
No. A digital list transfers its full value the moment it is delivered. If a substantial part of a list is demonstrably incorrect, we regenerate it once free of charge with sharpened parameters. Full details are in our terms and conditions.

Every entry is researched by our AI and confirmed in public sources before it is included. Lists are about companies, not people: they contain no personal contact details or email addresses. You remain responsible for making sure your own outreach complies with the data protection and direct-marketing rules that apply to you, as set out in section 8 of our terms and conditions. How we handle your own order data is described in section 9.
Nexfield is an AI company building two ways to find and keep B2B customers: prospect lists (live now, with a CRM-ready import file included) and, as the next step, Valck, an AI account manager (January 2027). It was founded by a chemical engineer with years in technical sales to the process industry. That background is why the reasoning on every list is specific to how industrial buying actually works, rather than generic company data. Nexfield is a trading name of Valck Engine, based in Roermond, the Netherlands (KvK 42136717, VAT NL005525568B18). More about us.

Valck is Nexfield's AI account manager, launching in January 2027. It watches your accounts and market for buying signals, researches the reason to call, prepares follow-ups and asks for your approval before anything goes out. Nothing is sent without your OK.
Valck launches in January 2027. Pricing will be published at launch. Until then it cannot be ordered, and nothing you buy today commits you to them.
Lists and Valck build on the same research engine. A list is the research delivered once in Excel, with a CRM-ready import file so it goes straight into your CRM; Valck, the next step, keeps the research running and acts on it with your approval. Starting with a list today is the easiest way to see the quality before Valck launches.
Prospect lists currently cover European countries. Coverage of the United States is coming soon. Email info@nexfield.io if you need another market.
