Import your Nexfield list into your CRM.
Every Nexfield order includes Nexfield_<company>_CRM_import.csv, free of charge. It holds each company's name, website, city, country and sub-sector, plus a note with the reason to call and the roles to approach. You need import rights in your CRM. Prefer to add companies by hand? The Excel works for that too.
01 HubSpot
HubSpot
- Go to CRM → Companies → Import → Start an import → File from computer → One file → Multiple objects and tick Companies and Notes. (If your portal only offers single-object imports, choose Companies and map Note to Description.)
- Upload the CSV and choose Create and update (or Create new only).
- Map the columns:
- Company name → Name
- Company domain name → Company Domain Name (the unique key)
- Website → Website URL
- City → City
- Country/Region → Country/Region
- Note → Note body (Notes)
- Description → Description
- Lead source, Priority, Company size, Industry, Region → “Don't import”, or create custom properties first. HubSpot's Industry is a fixed dropdown, so don't map our sub-sector to it.
- Finish. Each company now has a note in its timeline. HubSpot matches companies on their domain, so check companies without a website for duplicates.

- Under the Note icon: Note → Note content
- Skip Description, Company domain name and the rest, or map them to custom fields.

03 Salesforce
Salesforce
- Go to Setup → Data Import Wizard → Launch Wizard → Accounts and Contacts → Add new records (or “Add new and update existing”), with Match Account by Name & Site. Upload the CSV and keep Character code at UTF-8.
- Map the columns:
- Company name → Account Name
- Website → Website
- City → Billing City
- Country/Region → Billing Country
- Description → Description. In Salesforce the note goes here: it holds the reason to call, the roles to approach and the tip.
- Industry → Industry (picklist, optional) · Lead source → Account Source (optional)
- Leave the rest unmapped.
- Start the import. Results are under Recent Import Jobs.
